1. Introduction.

The following general conditions constitute integrating part of the reservation effectuated with CasedelGolfo.

2. Stipulation/agreement conclusion of the contract and terms of payment.

The reservation will be carried out through e-mail or by telephone. You’ll receive a confirm by e-mail. To book the house we need a deposit that it is different base on the period of your stay and the duration of your holiday. Price and avability are valid if you book within 24 hours.

3. Prices and services.

The prices provided are weekly based on the period indicated . In the rent price the energetic consumptions are included, except different indications. In the price list is indicated if the final cleaning is included. Eventual additional performances like daily or weekly cleanings, ulterior change of linen etc, are from demanding and paying on the place. The information brought back in the regarding descriptions the possible present Infrastructures in the localities (means of transport, shops and sport centres, etc.) they are supplied from thirds party, therefore it’s possible that they don’t communicate us eventual changing. Moreover problems can happen in the corrected supply of services like gas, water and electricity. In these cases and for adverse meteorological conditions, the Casedelgolfo cannot be thought responsible.

4. Modifications of prices and services.

The relative descriptions and the prices of the apartments have been prepared with care, however they can endure modifications that will come communicated at the moment of the reservations and confirmation.

5. Departures, arrivals and short stays or extensions of the stay.

The arrival between the hours 16.00 and 19.00 and the departure within the hours 10.00. If you can’t arrive within these hours, you’ll have to contact opportunely the responsible of the keys to the number written on the travel document, which to his discretion, will be able to fix a new appointment.
In the event in which it doesn’t succeed to occupy the apartment from the day reserved to the time table previewed for difficulty during the travel, strikes or personal reasons, refundment is not previewed. The same rule is worth in case of anticipated departures. In order to extend a stay you only have to contact in useful time the Casedelgolfo.

6. Cancellation of the contract from part of the customer.

It is possible to cancel your reservation 45 days before  the departure with a penal of 30% on the quota stay; from 42 days until 29 days before the departure with a penal of 70% of the quota stay; from 28 days until 2 days before the departure with a penal of 90% of the quota stay; beginning from the day previous to the departure with a penal of the 100% of the quota stay.

7. Alternative or cancellation of the contract from part of the Casedelgolfo.

CasedelGolfo reserves the faculty to replace the apartment reserved with an offer of equal value in serious unexpected case. In act of god case (war, natural calamities, fire of the apartment, sale of the lodging from part of the owner) Casedelgolfo can cancel the contract giving back the paid sum.

8. Obligations of the tenant.

At the moment of the delivery of the keys you’ll have to pay to the responsible a bail of 200 euro in cash. In the event he doesn’t pay such payment the responsible reserves the right not to deliver the keys.
The occupation of the apartment is limited to the number of persons mentioned in description. The responsible will be able to prohibit the income to the exceeding persons. At the moment of the departure he will have given back the bail on condition that the apartment hasn’t endured damages.

9. Imputable responsibilities to the Casedelgolfo.

Casedelgolfo is not from thinking itself responsible in the following cases:

Negligence or omission of the imputable services to the thirds party. In case of act of god or an event that neither Casedelgolfo neither its representatives (ex. The responsible in charge of the keys) can preview in spite of their diligence/attention. Thefts in the apartments.

10. Competent court.

For every controversy dependent from the present contract the court of Palermo will be exclusively competent.
