The residencewas built in 2011 and is perfectly located in a fisherman village called Balestrate, in the beautiful bay of the Gulf of Castellammare.
Each of the 6 apartments of the residence is tastefully decorated and has 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a living area with an integrated and fully functional kitchen etc. For disposal of the guests are two washing machines, BBQ in the garden with furniture and private parking and WiFi.
Only few meters from the residence there is a sandy beach which extends on a length of 9 km. With its crystal clear water and a smooth entry into the sea is ideal for families with children. Tourists have a variety of sporting activities to pursue. Besides a free public beach there are also the beach resorts in the summer season, which provides snacks and drinks and organizes discos late in the evenings. The historical center of Balestrate with different restaurants and several fruit-, fish- and supermarkets make this place perfect for the vocation on the beach, enjoying the traditional Sicilian life.
