Modica House is a delightful and charming  Villa  from which it is possible to admire the spectacular view of the Gulf of Sicily the mountains of Palermo the picturesque old hilltop village of Trappeto.
The Villa  surrounded by Mediterranean also from  pines and vegetation, is away from traffic and ideal for couples or families. The spacious lounge has a double sofa-bed, television, writing desk, dining table and chairs. Large french doors lead to the pergola, complete with patio table and chairs, sunbeds and deck-chairs for guests to have meals "al fresco" or just overlooking the sea. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, hob with cooker hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster. In addition, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided for guests.  The tow main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps. French windows lead on to the patio with view of the sea and surrounding countryside. The third  bedroom has 2  twin beds. it is up to 8 people.
The tastefully tiled bathroom is fully equipped with a large shower cubicle, WC, bidet, bathroom cabinet and wash basin with illuminated mirror.
Garden facilities include table and chairs, loungers, deck-chairs, barbecue.
