"Sea House" is a charming flat on the top of the historical building of the 17th century. It was completly refurbished in 2011 and has all mordern conveniecies: washing mashine, WiFi connection, DVD, Plasma TV. The house is located in the historical centre of Balestrate on the beautiful west coast of Sicily. Its central location offers the guests the unique opportunity to experience Sicily, walking distance  to the beaches, restaurants, train station, banks, post office, cafes, grocery shops, supermarkets, everything you need during your stay is close to the house. The apartment benefit of  a large terrace and from all the windows there is an amazing sea view. In addition to a bedroom, this apartment has a cosy living room with sofa bed and it is ideal for up to 6 persons.
