October 2009 IndividualSicily island is a fairy place!!!!! We were in Sicily at the beginning of October. Island met us by a warm sunny weather, a pure sea and beautiful sandy beaches. We lived in Balestrate city (40 minutes from Palermo by car). A good location of Balestrate and a presence of an excellent driver among my friends allowed us to travel all over the island and saw such places of interest as Valley of Temples, Volcano Etna, Palermo, Catania and many other ones. We were satisfied with a flat we lived (3 floors, good interior, centre of city, 10 minutes to the beach and railway station). I really recommend to everybody, who would like to have a rest in Balestrate, to select this flat. And remember!!!! You won�t be bored in Balestrate, Piero and his team won�t allow you to be borrowed. Have a good vacation in Sicily!!!!

June 2009 FamilyLa nostra permanenza (una famiglia con due bambini) di due settimane a Balestrate è stata un esperienza felicissima. In un paese a dimensione umana, una spiaggia spledida a poca distanza dalla locazione e tutti i servizi necessari a una bella vacanza. La sorpresa più bella trovare un appartamento bello, curato, con aria condizionata, tutti i servizi e i più piccoli dettagli (tutti i saponi, lenzuola, asciugamani, bicchieri di carta, tegli edi alluminio etc). E che dire della accoglienza e della disponibilità del proprietario? Assolutamente al di sopra dello standard e di ogni aspettativa. Fortemente consigliato provare un soggiorno qui. "

April 2009 FriendsWe recently had the privilege to stay in this very traditional Sicilian house. So much a perfect holiday we had, we are returning again....
The house was very comfortable, and in an excellent position near the beaches and few minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars etc.
We were welcomed personally by the owner, who had provided fresh bread, coffee, bottles of water in the fridge and cooked us a delicious Sicilian dish ready to eat! The fruit bowl was also full of fresh fruit, the oranges were better than Ive ever tasted from the UK...
I have never experienced such hospitality and friendliness as the Sicilian people show.
I have recommended this house to everyone I know. It was a pleasure to stay here and to be looked after in such a way.
As we booked directly through the link, we also received reduced rates at local restaurants and airport transfer. Also we had a fantastic tour of all the surrounding beautiful, breathtaking sites, this wonderful location has to offer.
I would highly recommend here...Simply Sicily...it needs experiencing to feel the many wonderful things it has to offer...

July 2009 CouplesWe had an absolutely amazing time in Sicily and we loved our house..Sicily is the most colourful island with amazing history, architecture, very friendly people, delicious food and ever changing landscapes...We really enjoyed the countless beaches and places and will definitely go back to hike in Zingaro

We loved the fact that Balestrate is not a tourist town! Nice restaurants, so much cheaper than other places in Italy. I liked that you could walk to any place you needed to go. Urbanis Gelato is our ultimate favorite! Nice beach. Definitly, we will come Back.
